  1. Mel nicely pointed out that marketing is much more than cold calls. A relatively easy technique is to send note to pcp (w. release, of course). I generally fax these (letters are nicer), as this is quicker and also cheaper. I generally add an article that I’ve written, notice for free book, etc.
